§ 13a.
1. The dates for taking exams in the main and retake examination sessions, no later than 7 days before the start of the examination session, are determined by:
1) the Vice-Dean, or
2) the Director of the Institute – in cases where the faculty structure consists of institutes
– after consulting with the examiners, taking into account the rules specified in paragraphs 2-4 and § 8.
A final assessment of a subject that does not conclude with an exam may also be conducted before the start of the main examination session, on a date set in the manner referred to in the first sentence.
2. The examination session cannot last less than 14 days.
3. In a given year of study:
1) only one exam is held on a single day;
2) exams in subjects to which at least 10 ECTS credits are assigned in total cannot be held on two consecutive days.
The vice-dean or the director of the institute, in consultation with the relevant faculty student government body, may determine a higher number of exams to be held on a single day.
4. Subject to § 18a(3), a retake exam is held during the retake examination session, no earlier than 7 days after the exam was held on the regular date.
